🚨 Are you a garage mechanic? Do you have a flexible schedule? Do you want to help inspire the next generation of mechanics? 🚨 There is a job opening for 2 hours on Tuesday afternoon at Herndon Middle School Bike Shop (2:15-4:15pm). Depending on your schedule, the day of the week is flexible. Pay is $22 per hour. You don't have to be an expert, but you do need to be able to be hired by FCPS. And it helps if you like middle school kids—they're actually really fun. You will teach them the most basic of skills - changing flats, adjusting brakes, cleaning drive trains. If they show aptitude, they can get more detailed training but we have folks to do that. In other words, you don't have to do everything. And you don't have to do ANY admin!
