a-1 Cycling will adjust the bicycle at the time of purchase. For one year from time of purchase, A-1 Cycling will adjust the bicycle free-of-charge, as often as necessary. We strongly recommend an initial warranty check/service adjustment after approximately 25 hours of actual riding. At this time, all functional parts and assemblies will be inspected and adjusted. Any component found to be defective will be replaced free-of-charge.

After many years A-1 Cycling found it necessary to change our long-time lifetime warranty to a 1-year warranty. Riders who purchased their bikes from A-1 under the Lifetime Warranty will be grandfathered and continue to receive free adjustments for the life of their ownership. The Lifetime Warranty offer ended after December 31, 2025. The 1-year warranty began on January 1, 2026.
