One
word can be used to describe the difference between A-1
Cycling bicycles and department store, toy store and
discount bicycles. Quality. |
The bicycles you buy at A-1 Cycling are constructed
with high quality, serviceable components, and are professionally
assembled by our trained staff. We are so confident of the quality
bicycles we sell that we back up your purchase with a LIFETIME WARRANTY
and free service of your bicycle for as long as you own it. This
guarantee excludes parts that are broken or damaged through normal
use.
Also,
by shopping at your local bicycle store, you are supporting locally
run family owned business. If something does go wrong with the bicycle
or bicycle part you purchased, you'll be dealing with a respected
member of your community. Everything we sell has a lifetime warranty
against manufacture defects for as long as you own it.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
A-1 Cycling will repair or replace the
frame or other component, which fails due to defect for as long
as the original owner keeps the bicycle, with no charge for parts
or labor. This warranty is above and beyond the manufacturer's
warranty.
Warranty is void if the bicycle is
used for organized competition, commercial use, or any other abnormal
circumstances.
It does not cover tire puncture, repair due to accident, improper
maintenance, normal wear and tear, alterations or modifications
to the bicycle performed by anyone other than the service department
at A-1 Cycling. Warranty is limited to free repair or replacement
of the defective part. In no event shall A-1 Cycling be responsible
for personal injuries or for consequential damages.
The bicycle will be assembled and adjusted at
the time of purchase. A-1 Cycling will adjust the bicycle free
of charge, as often as necessary. We require an initial warranty
check/service adjustment after approximately 25 hours of actual
riding. At this time, all functional parts and assemblies will
be inspected and adjusted. Any component found to be defective
will be replaced free-of-charge.
Our experienced service department will
provide one-day turn-around
on most work.
